Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Content here is educational and is not medical advice; consult your physician before use, particularly with medication or a health condition.
(b) Ordering
By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or older, the shipping information you provided is accurate, and you are authorized to use the payment method. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change; the price you pay is the one displayed at checkout. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.
(c) Our content
The Memocept name, logo, label design, and the text and graphics on this site belong to Bluecrest Nutrition, LLC and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission. Quoting brief passages with a link back is fine.
(d) Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, Bluecrest Nutrition, LLC's total liability for any claim connected to the site or product is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for delays caused by carriers and events outside our control.
(e) Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, with venue in Pierce County. We may update these terms by posting a revised version here with a new effective date; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
