Shipping, Returns, and Real Human Support
How your order ships
Orders placed on business days are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 business day from our U.S. warehouse. Transit across the continental U.S. typically takes 5 to 8 business days. U.S. shipping is free on the 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages; the 2-bottle starter carries a fee shown at checkout before payment.
The moment your label is created you receive a tracking email. Nothing after 2 business days? Check spam, then write to us and we will resend the link and check the shipment ourselves.
If something goes wrong in transit
Late package: email your order number and we take it up with the carrier. Lost package: after the carrier confirms it is gone, you choose reshipment or a full refund. Damaged on arrival: send a photo of the bottles and packaging; a replacement ships without you mailing anything back.
Returns, step by step
Request the authorization
Within 60 days of purchase, email [email protected] or call (253) 617-4428 with your order number. We reply with the return address and a reference code.
Ship the bottles back
All bottles from the order, including empties. Any trackable service works; return postage is on you, which is the one cost the guarantee does not cover.
Get your money back
We process the refund within 5 business days of the return arriving, to your original payment method. Full details in the refund policy.
