What we collect
When you order, we collect the information needed to fulfill it: name, shipping address, email, and phone number. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card number. If you email support, we keep the correspondence so we can actually help you next time.
What we do with it
Fulfill orders, send tracking and order emails, answer support requests, and honor the guarantee. If you opt in to product emails you can leave the list with one click at any time. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, full stop.
Who touches your data
Three categories of service providers, each receiving only what their job requires: the payment processor (payment), the shipping carrier (name and address), and our email service (order notifications). Basic, aggregated site analytics may run without building advertising profiles of you.
Cookies
This site uses only the minimal cookies and session storage needed for it to function, such as remembering that you dismissed the order bar. There is no cross-site tracking pixel wall here.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we keep what tax law obliges us to). Write to [email protected] and a person will handle it within 30 days.
