Refund Policy
The promise
Every Memocept order is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee, counted from the purchase date on your receipt. If you are not satisfied, you get the full product price back. Because Memocept's botanicals need time to work, we ask that you use the product for at least 30 days before requesting a refund; refund requests inside the 60-day window that show a fair trial are approved without debate.
How to claim it
Step one: contact us within 60 days of purchase at [email protected] or (253) 617-4428 with your order number, and receive your return authorization and the return address. Step two: ship back all bottles from the order, full or empty, using any trackable service. Step three: once the return arrives, we process your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method; banks typically post it within another 3 to 5 business days.
What is not covered
Original and return shipping costs are not refundable. Orders older than 60 days, and Memocept-branded products bought anywhere other than this website, are outside the guarantee, because we cannot verify or control what third parties sell. Digital bonus guides are yours to keep either way.
